We're looking to speak with motivated & reliable candidates who want to build on existing knowledge, whilst learning new skills and developing with a business who are in a period of growth. The Machine Operative covers a range of duties from dealing with alarms and fault codes, packaging organisation, quality checking, loading, stacking, and unloading.Duties of the Machine Operative include:* Infeed products onto bespoke machinery.* Reacting to alarms and clearing any fault codes to keep the lines moving.* Ensuring the productivity and efficiency targets are achieved. * Carry out various hygiene tasks.* Sort & organize products into correct sizes whilst ensuring quality monitored.* Ensuring that site Health and Safety regulations, policies and procedures are followed.* Contributing to a wider team effort to make every day a success.If you have experience of working on infeed machines and conveyors in a fast-paced environment, working to specifications or in a quality-based role (ideally warehouse or production) then we want to speak with you.
