Mortgage Adviser

Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 200 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing.

We are seeking experienced and ambitious Mortgage Advisers to provide high quality mortgage and protection advice to clients purchasing new build homes. You must be hardworking, flexible, an excellent communicator and willing to go that extra mile to provide a 5-star service to our clients.

Mortgage Advice UK work with National Builders throughout the UK; you must be able to work flexible hours including weekends to meet the requirements of clients and builders and the office location can be flexible across the South & West Yorkshire regions

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join one of our hugely successful new homes mortgage brokers offering uncapped earnings with a generous basic salary and OTE in excess of £75-80K.

You will:

• Have a minimum of 18 months - 2 years mortgage and protection experience
• Ideally have knowledge and understanding on new build related processes and schemes (e.g. help to buy, shared ownership, discounted market value etc)
• Be highly confident in providing protection advice to compliment the mortgage and maximise case size
• Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in mortgages and protection
• Be focused on exceeding weekly, monthly and annual KPI’s and sales targets
• Be able to clearly describe the Mortgage Advice UK value proposition and the benefits to clients
• Having existing strong relationships with national builders is highly desirable
• Where required to attend promotional/sales events hosted by our builder partners
• Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards
• Have a proactive attitude to continuous learning and development
• Be fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
