The Finance Business Partner provides analysis, decision making support, management reporting and budgetary control for the Growing Media production sites and their distribution network. Supporting key business decisions and projects by providing appropriate financial insights.
- Working closely with site leads to identify financial opportunities, areas of risk and challenge processes to support the strategic direction of the operation
- Compile site budget and forecastsÂ
- Complete month end financial process for operational activity, including variance analysis and insights into operational performance
- Standard cost analysis to understand and highlight key drivers for change
- Provide analytical reviews of relevant financial data to support business decisions and track variances.
You will be;
- Qualified or Qualified by Experience Accountant with previous experience in a commercial role
- A strong eye for detail and drive to see things through to timely and effective completion
- High energy, self-starter as well as a collaborative team player
