Your new companyYour new company is a successful manufacturing company based in Doncaster. They are looking for an experienced and dynamic member of staff for a maternity cover to start ASAP.Full-time - 40 hours £33,000 - £36,000Your new roleWithin this role you will be essential in providing strategic and financial guidance to ensure the Company's financial commitments are met, establishing strong financial controls to enhance reporting, cost efficiencies, cash flow, and EBITDA generation. You will be required to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business process improvements and deliver robust financial control. Your responsibilities will include compliance and governance, producing monthly management accounts, and import/export financial processes. Leading your team to meet and match their KPIs, leading the annual audit, and managing cashflow, and payroll.You will develop and maintain systems, policies, and procedures for effective financial management and compliance during the FTC.What you'll need to succeed

  • AAT qualification essential - ideally part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA
  • Experience in a finance manager or financial control position
  • Previous experience in SAP & Microsoft office
  • Driven and engaging with the finance team and the wider business
