We are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to oversee accounting functions and financial reporting within a well known not-for-profit organisation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to the financial health of the organisation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Description
- Oversee all accounting operations
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Business partner with key project managers and stakeholders across the UK
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Additional duties as necessary
Profile
A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:
- An academic background in Accounting or Finance (ACCA/CIMA part qualified or QBE)
- Proven working experience in a similar role as a Finance Manager
- Importantly year end financial accounting and finance business partnering experience
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of up to £44,000
- 6 month fixed term contract
- Small chance of extension based on workload and performance
- Doncaster based with only 2 or 3 days a week required in the office
