Expanding asbestos consultancy are currently recruiting for a switched on and personable Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their team. The work will focus predominately on asbestos surveying, with opportunity to carry out some analytical tasks, for those with the P403/4. The successful candidate will be joining at an exciting time for the company, who have big plans to grow over the next few years.
Successful candidates will be traveling across the Midlands / Yorkshire area. Good locations will include; Doncaster, Sheffield, Rotherham, Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Chesterfield, Worksop, Derby, Nottingham, Mansfield, Loughborough, Leicester and the surrounding areas.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent.
- Consideration given to candidates who only hold P402 or P403/4 qualification.
- Will have experience working for a renowned Asbestos Consultancy.
- Competent in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant HSG guidelines.
- Will have a positive and professional attitude.
The Role:
- Working on Commercial, Industrial, Social Housing, Public Sector and Healthcare sites carrying out management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys.
- 4 stage clearances.
- Smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
- Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
- Use of TEAMS / TRACKER systems to gather information and produce detailed reports.
- Undertaking audits on site in line with client requirements.
- Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice and support.
- Ensuring all work is being completed in line with relevant HSG guidelines.
