Looking for a new exciting opportunity with a small, growing broker?

We are excited to be supporting a successful Insurance Broker based in South Yorkshire.

Seeking an experienced Account Handler to support covering commercial, motor, property and liability.

The Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, providing high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Liaise between clients and insurance providers, negotiating terms and managing renewals to secure the best coverage options.
  • Process all insurance documentation accurately, including policies, amendments, and renewals.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, providing expert advice and support.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

About You:

  • Proven experience as an Insurance Account Handler, within commercial, motor, property or liability
  • Strong understanding of various insurance products, including commercial and personal lines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
