Up to 14.50p/hr (30k p/a) DOE; DN3; M-F 8am-5:00pm (4.30pm finish on Fridays)
Fitter Assembler, duties:
Assembling engineering machinery equipment to a high standard.
Reading and working in line with engineering drawings.
Safely and effectively using workshop tools (both hand and power).
Using a range of welding techniques, precision measuring equipment and troubleshooting.
Setting and operating a range of machines including bending equipment, hydraulic press, wire machine and band saw.
Plan the work required to complete the job, selecting appropriate machine, and loading safely.
Fitter Assembler, requirements:
Applicants must have experience in a fitting role with basic mechanical engineering knowledge.
Ideally you will have completed an apprenticeship or have an engineering qualification such as Mechanical Engineering level 1, 2 or 3 and rates of pay will depend on level and experience.
Experience of using manual and semi-automated tools and machines.
Competency with welding techniques.

Benefits include pay rate of up to 14.50p/hr. (30k) depending on experience and paid monthly
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, finishing at 4.30pm on Fridays
Holidays: 20 plus stats increases to 25 plus stats over time
