Major organisation in the railway electrification sector requires a Fleet Coordinator on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Act asFORS Practitioner - maintain the fleet management and ensure continued accreditation
- Liaise with the Assurance and AuditCoordinator when needed
- Oversee the work carried out by the Fleet Administrator
- Manage the compliance of drivers in line with company policies and legislation
- Work with team managers and supervisors to identify possible fatigue issues arising from travel to and from work sites
- Liaise with commercial team to authorise purchase orders for things such as fleet repairs
- Liaise with HR team to deal with traffic offences and non-compliance with company policies
- Assist in the maintenance of P11D
- Oversee a speedy and efficient process regarding fleet damage, including investigations
- Be the point of contact for vehicle insurance companies, as well as any PCNS received
- Manage vehicle requests in a prompt manner
- Alongside Transport Manager, create road safety and awareness campaigns
- Assist in the management of the company's O Licence
- Provide performance data on fleet and usage
Experience / Requirements:
- Background dealing with fleet / transportation for an organisation
- Computer literate
- Happy travelling to various sites as and when required
- Excellent communications skills
- Driving licence
