Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting a Payroll Manager for a privately owned multi-site business in Doncaster.This is a new role, where you will be responsible for all aspects of the payroll process.Currently the payroll is outsourced to an external payroll provider, so your first job will be to bring the payroll function in-house. To do this successfully you will need to ensure that all processes and systems are implemented effectively.Responsibilities will include:

  • To manage the payroll function ensuring that all staff are paid accurately 
  • Managing both weekly and monthly payroll
  • Processing all new starters and leavers
  • Preparation and reconciliation of month end payments
  • Prepare year-end statutory returns
  • Processing P11d's
  • Liaise with internal colleagues, assisting as necessary and providing any required information
  • Keep up to date with relevant regulations/legislation, 
  • Manage the company pension
  • Maintain and improve systems / processes
