About the Role:As a PPA Teacher, you will cover classes across all primary year groups, delivering high-quality lessons while class teachers are undertaking their planning, preparation, and assessment duties. This role offers variety, allowing you to work across different year groups and subjects, supporting schools to maintain consistency and high standards of teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Manage the classroom effectively, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Follow school policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent experience for pupils.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and the school community.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in primary schools across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different settings.
