THE ROLE:
Duties will include:
Aiding all stages of wills and probate transactions
Working closely with fee earners to manage and prepare probate applications, wills, powers of attorney and trusts etc
Working with clients to keep them updated throughout the process, respond to queries and ensure a high level of client care
Ensure the data base is kept up to date, files are stored correctly in order to be easily accessed.
THE CANDIDATE:
Experience in wills and probate would be preferred
Hard working and able to work to deadlines
Take the opportunity to learn from senior staff
Engage with stakeholders confidently
