Hours - Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am-3.30pm

Key Responsibilities

As the Sprayshop Supervisor, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Factory Scheduler to streamline workflows and meet production targets.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
  • Train and mentor employees to diversify and strengthen skills within the department.
  • Provide comprehensive training to new team members in the sprayshop.
  • Strategically organise weekly sprayshop schedules to optimise productivity.
  • Continuously improve departmental processes to minimise downtime and waste.
  • Collaborate with all departments to address inefficiencies and implement solutions.
  • Ensure all maintenance is timely, thorough, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Uphold all health and safety regulations, creating a safe and compliant workspace.
  • Oversee paint stores and sprayshop inventory, prioritising stock rotation and proper disposal of expired materials.
  • Undertake additional tasks to contribute to the company's objectives as needed.
