About the Role: As a Graduate Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and effective lessons to students. You will work closely with students to help them understand complex concepts and develop their critical thinking skills. This Graduate Teacher position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Develop and implement engaging and interactive teaching materials.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the school community.
Requirements:
- Graduate Teacher or Cover Supervisor qualification, such as a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or a Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools would be beneficial but not mandatory.
- Recent graduate with a passion for education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards teaching and learning.
- Basic knowledge of child development and educational practices.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare is an advantage.
