Role and Responsibilities:
- Support teaching and learning across various subjects, including assisting with lesson planning and delivery.
- Lead small group activities and interventions to support student progress and attainment.
- Assist in the assessment, monitoring, and recording of student progress.
- Contribute to the development of resources and materials to enhance learning outcomes.
- Uphold the school's ethos and policies, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
- A proactive approach to supporting the academic and emotional well-being of students.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively within a dynamic school environment.
