The School and Role  

Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a full-timeHigher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to start a long-term requirement working at a Primary School in Doncaster. You will be responsible for providing PPA cover, Leadership cover and supporting pupils across school.  

 

The school is part of a large multi-academy trust and provides education for children aged 3-11 years old. The school is a two-form entry school and currently has 460 pupils on role. The school was recently inspected by Ofsted and were ‘’Outstanding’’ in all areas.  

 

Requirements  

The desired Higher-Level Teaching Assistant will have;  

  • Have an excellent understanding of how children learn  

  • Motivate and inspire children  

  • Have a positive working attitude and committed to continually improve teaching practice  

  • Be organised, punctual and adaptable  

  • Be committed to inclusion and equity
