What We're Looking For:
- Qualified HLTA status (or equivalent) with relevant experience in primary education.
- Confidence in delivering lessons, supporting class teachers, and working independently with small groups.
- A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and a passion for nurturing young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Valid DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons in collaboration with teachers.
- Leading small group sessions and delivering interventions to boost pupil progress.
- Supporting the classroom environment to ensure all children feel included and supported.
- Providing tailored assistance to children with additional needs, where required.
