What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified HLTA status (or equivalent) with relevant experience in primary education.
  • Confidence in delivering lessons, supporting class teachers, and working independently with small groups.
  • A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and a passion for nurturing young learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Valid DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons in collaboration with teachers.
  • Leading small group sessions and delivering interventions to boost pupil progress.
  • Supporting the classroom environment to ensure all children feel included and supported.
  • Providing tailored assistance to children with additional needs, where required.
