TM Ltd are recruiting for a Nursery Manager in Doncaster, in the DN4 area
Hours of work- Monday to Friday (40hrs per week)
Pay- £31k - £33k depending on experience.
Duties:
- Supporting the General Manager/Owner in the run of the setting
- Recruitment of staff and new children into the setting
- To lead and develop the team members within the rooms
- Lead practice within the Baby, Toddler & Pre-School Room in line with the EYFS guidelines
- To ensure high staff morale within the team is maintained
- To build positive partnerships with parents
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Level 3 qualification; and willing to work towards achieving Level 4 or 5.
- Pediatric First Aid Certification (required).
- Proven track record of early years teaching.
- Proven record of working as a Manager
- Have a secure knowledge in planning within the EYFS curriculum.
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate both children and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
