Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be partnering with a leading company based in Doncaster who are looking to appoint a HR Manager on a full time, permanent basis. This is a standalone HR Manager role supporting a headcount of c150 which will report directly into the Finance Director. The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality products while fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment. As the company continues to grow, the role will oversee all HR and be responsible for the follow:

  • Overseeing employee relations cases and conflict resolution
  • Developing policies and procedures 
  • Support for compensation and benefits programs
  • Promotion of workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Human resources administration and operational oversight
  • Recruitment and talent acquisition management
  • Coordination of training and professional development programmes
  • Employee retention strategies and initiatives
  • Strategic HR leadership and guidance to support senior leadership team
  • Data-driven HR analytics for informed decision-making
