Experienced Payroll Manager required for a privately owned business with ambitious growth plans. This is a newly created role due to growth/business demands.

The purpose of the Payroll Manager is to manage the payroll function ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll maintaining financial accuracy, employee satisfaction and compliance whilst serving as the key point of contact for payroll enquiries, internally and externally, providing support and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations within the operation:

  • Processing new starters and leavers paperwork.
  • Processing payroll for c1000 employees.
  • Dealing with all payroll queries.
  • Liaising with external 3rd parties.
  • Implementing new systems and processes.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

This search is not limited to any industry. Previous payroll experience is essential.

  • Attention to detail/accuracy is essential.
  • The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines is required.
  • You must be computer literate with working knowledge of Excel.
