A fantastic opportunity to work in a Nationwide security solution provider, they aim to deliver the highest clarity of services. They are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team.

£28-30,000

Full Time |Office based | 9am-5pm Mon-Fri | Career progression

Main Responsibilities

  • Work alongside hiring managers to recruit and manage the onboarding process and induction.
  • Processing, preparing and issuing paperwork.
  • Carrying out employee screening in accordance with BS7858.
  • Maintaining employee files.
  • Point of contact for HR related enquiries, advice and issues.
  • Advising Line Manager on HR law and advice.
  • Involvement in HR cases.
  • Monitoring and booking training.
  • Involvement in compliance duties.

Knowledge and Experiences

  • Previous HR experience.
  • Minimum of level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Capability to work in a team or independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge and qualification in BS7858 (desirable)
  • Mental Health First Aider (desirable)
