HR Advisor duties include:
  • Working with hiring managers to recruit and manage the onboarding process and induction
  • Processing, preparing and issuing HR paperwork
  • Carrying out employee security screening
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Being the main point contact for HR related enquiries, advice and issues
  • Providing advice for Line Managers on HR related issues
  • Monitoring and booking training for the wider business
  • Handling required compliance duties
The ideal candidate will:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and to tight deadlines
  • Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge and qualification in BS7858 would be ideal
  • Mental Health First Aider
