About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Advisor to join our dynamic team in Rotherham. This is an ongoing temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
