HR Advisor

Are you looking to join a fantastic company? Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a great business as they look to expand their HR team.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Manage ER casework from start to finish, providing regular support to operational managers.

- Support with Recruitment processes.

- Support the wider HR team with HR projects and initiatives.

- Oversee the on boarding and leavers process.

- Support the wider HR team to implement employee engagement processes when required.

We are looking for:

- Proven HR background working true generalist roles.

- Hands on experience managing ER casework, including complex ER cases.

- Experience within a fast paced environment.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Competent user of Microsoft Office.

- Ideally CIPD qualified.
