Internal Account Manager                         Â
Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am – 4pm                             Â
c.£30k plus bonus of up to 10% of salary p/a - Doncaster DN9
As the Internal Account Manager, you will:
Working closely with colleagues in the UK and abroad
Building relationships with them and key contacts within each company
Communicating effectively over the phone, via email and skype to maximise sales
Resolving incoming customer queries and challenges with positivity and professionalism
Dealing with quote requests, system reports, meeting preparation and other sales focused tasks
Providing the highest level of customer services and support for the Regional Account Managers
Proactively calling customers to capitalise on sales opportunities, upsell and cross sell
The successful Internal Account Manager is expected to have:
Experience of sales account management or internal sales
Relationship building and communication skills, strong phone skills and active listening
Track record of over-achieving targets with exceptional customer care
Ability to upsell and cross sell relevant items to increase sales revenue
Also, we really need someone who can speak Italian or Spanish
