  • Engage in technical discussion with technology suppliers in order to design, evaluate and test solutions.
  • Update existing technology and applications architecture documentation, and support in the development of new architecture artefacts.
  • Analyse problems with applications and the technology infrastructure, identifying root causes and providing solutions.
  • Capture lessons learned and share with the ICT Analyst and ICT Project Manager community.
  • Be able to understand and converse in technical language to effectively direct and manage suppliers.
  • Have an understanding and awareness of business functions, processes, priorities, and legislation pertinent to the users of relevant business applications.
  • Provide a customer focussed approach to service users, providing expert guidance on the use of relevant systems and their application in a business environment.
  • Be responsible for persuasion through clear evidence, negotiation and problem resolution with stakeholders regarding project system requirements which do not meet standards and identification of issues which require escalation.

Experience with the Civica CX system will be advantageous as well as experience within the public sector. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a sufficient level of experience and competence to perform this role autonomously.
