Senior Applications Analyst (COINS) - Doncaster (Hybrid) - Up to £45,000 + Bonus

We're hiring a Senior Applications Analyst to support, enhance, and optimise business applications within a well-established organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in COINS or similar ERP Systems to take ownership of system improvements, integrations, design and user training in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Senior Applications Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation, development, and optimisation of business applications. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, support users, and work with third-party providers to drive system enhancements and ensure best practice adoption.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting & maintaining business applications, primarily COINS.
  • Providing escalated support, troubleshooting issues and managing incidents within SLAs.
  • Managing upgrades & system improvements, working closely with third-party vendors.
  • Optimising workflows & user access, ensuring security and compliance.
  • Delivering training & documentation, ensuring end-users make the most of the system.
  • Collaborating with business teams to enhance processes and drive efficiency.

Skills & Experience Required

Essential:

  • Strong experience in business application support (COINS or similar ERP).
  • Knowledge of Finance, Commercial, or Construction modules in ERP systems.
  • Experience in system configuration, user training, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with technical and non-technical teams.
