Responsibilities:
As the Service Desk Manager, you'll lead and manage a talented team, ensuring exceptional technical support and maintaining high standards of service delivery. While you'll still be involved in hands-on IT support, you'll also take on key responsibilities such as mentoring, training, and refining processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience within an MSP and a strong technical background
- Proficiency in supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, and network infrastructure
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior leadership or management experience
