Description
- Lead and manage the Quality Team to ensure consistent product quality.
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
- Work closely with the Manufacturing and Engineering teams to improve product quality.
- Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct internal audits and manage external audits.
- Manage the company's quality training programme.
- Report on quality performance to senior management.
Profile
A successful Deputy Quality Manager should have:
- Experience in a Quality Management role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
