Are you or someone you know looking for a new challenge in IT? We’re seeking an IT Refresh Engineer to support our Client in refreshing outdated laptops and providing general 2nd line support across various sites. This role will involve a mix of 50/50 IT refresh and BAU general support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various sites to refresh approximately 1,000 laptops and desktops in teams of two, alongside a permanent staff member.
  • Provide 2nd line business-as-usual (BAU) support and act as a point of escalation for 1st line teams.
  • Ensure smooth deployment and replacement of devices, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues during the refresh process.
  • Document and track the status of equipment refresh projects, ensuring clear communication with relevant teams.
