Based out of our Doncaster office, we're a close knit technical team with a passion for technical excellence and ensuring we love life as we deliver it.
What you will be doing?
- You will provide 2nd and sometimes 3rd line support, via remote methods predominantly, but will require the odd client site visit
- You will deliver excellent technical support, to external clients, adhering to agreed SLA's
- Support Microsoft technologies such as; Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure services
- Form part of our team, delivering services where other organisations fall down
We need you to have..
- Proven Technical support experience with Microsoft technologies
- Experience working on a Service Desk/providing remote support
- Customer centric view, ensuring we can deliver for them
It's nice to have…
- Microsoft certifications
- MSP experience
- Voip/Networking skills
