Based out of our Doncaster office, we're a close knit technical team with a passion for technical excellence and ensuring we love life as we deliver it.

What you will be doing?

  • You will provide 2nd and sometimes 3rd line support, via remote methods predominantly, but will require the odd client site visit
  • You will deliver excellent technical support, to external clients, adhering to agreed SLA's
  • Support Microsoft technologies such as; Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure services
  • Form part of our team, delivering services where other organisations fall down

We need you to have..

  • Proven Technical support experience with Microsoft technologies
  • Experience working on a Service Desk/providing remote support
  • Customer centric view, ensuring we can deliver for them

It's nice to have…

  • Microsoft certifications
  • MSP experience
  • Voip/Networking skills
