Job Description:

As an Assembly Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for assembling glass and conservatory doors to the highest standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble glass and conservatory doors following detailed specifications and production schedules.
• Ensure all products meet quality control standards.
• Operate various tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
• Ability to start work promptly at 8:00 AM.
