Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Doncaster who are looking for Frame Assembler to join their busy team.
About The Role:
The role of the Frame Assembler is a key role within company, where the primary responsibility is manufacturing the product frame prior to it being upholstered. The role involves constructing a variety of frames, as per quality standard specification using wood and tools. To assist other members of the department when necessary.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 05.30am to 13.45pm.
Pay rate: 拢14.04 per hour plus performance bonus and comprehensive benefits
拢1000 Retention bonus after 12 months, T&Cs apply
Roles and Responsibilities:
路 Attain the necessary production target at the acceptable level of quality.
路 Check on components/materials to ensure they meet specification. If defects are found, report to the supervisor with relevant information.
路 Manufacture units or parts to specification using tools supplied.
路 To ensure that all specification requirements are met without defects
路 To be flexible when operating within the production process If required, assist in training employees with unfamiliar work
路 Ensure product is compliant with companies policy and procedures.
路 Work as an effective and efficient team.
About you:
路 Previous exposure to a role in joinery or carpentry is essential
路 Previous experience in manufacturing would be desirable
路 Be able to demonstrate good use of hand and power tools, including 'Air pressure' tools.
路 Near Vision -- The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
路 Self-motivated, enthusiastic and realistic
路 Static Strength -- The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.
路 Competent in joinery/carpentry
路 Quick thinking, organised and methodical paying attention to detail.
路 Able to multitask and work under pressure.
