  • Possesses strong organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Has excellent communication skills and is comfortable liaising with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
  • Is client-focused, adaptable, proactive, and committed to exceeding expectations.
  • experience with insurance software/CRM systems is advantageous.
