Booking Clerk (Customer Service) Doncaster£25k My client is an extremely well-established and one of the UK’s largest pharmaceutical wholesalers & distribution business, and we are proud to support in their search for a Claims Advisor to support within their customer service teams, based within their Doncaster depot. This is a role where you will ensure the booking in of all goods into the warehouse are logged efficiently and accurately and all further actions are completed by the relevant people. Customer service forms part of this role where you would also be in constant communication with them to ensure all correct goods are received and booked in accordingly. Monday – Friday09:00 – 17:30 Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficient booking in of all goods into the warehouse.
  • Interaction daily with stock control within the Warehouse.
  • Interaction with suppliers & customers for POD’s, returns and completion of documentation.
  • Physical stock checks in the warehouse.
  • Interaction with all warehouse operations, both verbally and physically.
  • Dealing with any mislabelled cartons, lost and found cartons, etc.
  • Ensuring all training and updates to training completed.
  • Control and respond to all customer and supplier enquiries.
  • Liaise with all departments to conclude any relevant investigations.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines in place.
 Key Skills:
  • Experience working in a customer service led & administrative role.
  • Able to take in information quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to be organised to prioritise workload.
  • Able to work alone and in part of a wider team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to organise, administer, plan and prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible in their approach.
