Our client is a well-established business who specialise in several services to support property investment and they require an investment consultant to join their sales team and build relationships with high end investors who want to build a property portfolio. The role for the investment consultant is to build rapport, understand the type of portfolio the client wants to build and then take them through the sales process of buying off plan high end luxury properties around the UK. The commission structure is uncapped and the progression opportunities within the business are desirable.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong client relationships
Identify you clients unique needs and guide them through the entire buying process
Follow up qualified and non-qualified leads
Consult with prospective and existing clients to build relationships
Own the onboarding of all your clients to ensure seamless transition from initial purchase through to completion
Accompany clients to onsite visits to provide personalised insights into the future property
Build a pipeline of prospects and maintain the relationship by keep in touch
Industry experience is desirable. Previous experience of selling high end products or services would also be an advantage.
Candidates with experience in financial services, property investment, recruitment services, prestigious car sales or marine sales may be interested in this role.
