This new opportunity for a proactive Financial Assistant to join our team is a perfect time to learn and discover new projects as this is a vital role in supporting the financial operations team to make sure there is a high level of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in daily financial tasks.

You will be handling credit control and assisting with debtors, liaising with customers to arrange payments and resolving any issues, reporting on debts and keeping line manager updated.

Day-to-day transactions (bank, sales ledger, purchase ledger), payroll assistance, processing employee expenses and assist with payroll activities, whilst double-checking purchase invoices for accuracy, maintaining and update banking records on a daily basis and general administrative tasks to support the team.

Familiarity with Excel and prior experience with financial systems, experience in data processing, including invoices or bank transactions and previous work in a finance-related role and experience in preparing reports

You must have a high attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines with a team spirited personality and a good command of the English Language, both written and spoken.
