My client are looking for an experienced and driven Conveyancing Solicitor to manage residential property transactions and contribute to the ongoing growth of our firm. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless, efficient conveyancing process for their clients while working closely with the Senior Partner and the wider Conveyancing team to manage a broad portfolio of property transactions.

They offer flexible working arrangements, allowing this role to be office-based or a hybrid of office and home working.

You would be required to:

  • Manage a portfolio of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new builds, from instruction through to completion.
  • Collaborate with lenders, estate agents, and other professionals to meet clients' objectives.
  • Conduct legal searches, investigate titles, and oversee all aspects of the exchange of contracts and completions.
  • Play an active role in promoting the department and the firm, alongside delivering fee-earning work.

You will be comfortable using modern case management systems and technology, supported by a dedicated team to assist with administrative tasks and the progression of transactions.

They are seeking someone with solid experience in residential conveyancing who can independently handle a diverse caseload. You should have a thorough understanding of the entire conveyancing process, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
