Description

The Interim Conveyancing Solicitor will:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, and remortgages.
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional service.
  • Review and draft contracts, leases, and other property-related documents, providing accurate legal advice throughout each transaction.
  • Maintain compliance with current conveyancing regulations and procedures.

Profile

The successful Interim Conveyancing Solicitor should be:

  • A Solicitor with 5+ years of experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and practices, including experience with both freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide clear legal advice.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment.
