Description
The Litigation Solicitor will be:
- Managing a fully litigated caseload of defended debt recovery matters
- Handling fast-track and multi-track cases
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and court bundles
- Preparing cases for external counsel
- Undertaking enforcement action, including insolvency, bankruptcy, and winding-up petitions
- Dealing with return of goods claims and other complex litigation matters
Profile
The Litigation Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or legal executive with NQ - 4 years PQE within litigation
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in debt recovery litigation
- Skilled in handling defended claims
- Proficient in drafting legal documents and court pleadings
- Confident in managing their own caseload
