A well-established South Yorkshire law firm is looking for a Probate Solicitor to join its respected Private Client team at the Doncaster office. The Role:
As a Probate Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload, handling a variety of probate matters, including complex intestate estates and cases involving foreign assets. You will be expected to work towards and exceed financial targets while providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients. About You:
- Previous experience as a Probate Solicitor with a strong understanding of private client work
- Experience handling complex cases, particularly those involving intestate estates and foreign assets, is highly desirable
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently
