Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Locum
Ark Search are working with a highly regarded high street practice in South Yorkshire who are looking for a Conveyancing Locum to assist with excess workload on the lead up to Christmas and potentially beyond.
Duties:
- Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing matters, predominantly freehold properties
- Handling sales and purchases, newbuilds, transfers of equity, remortgages and title checks
- Assisting with queries for junior members of staff
Start Date: Monday 25th November 2024 (or ASAP)
Duration: 6 weeks on-going
Rate: £40 - £45 per hour (DOE)
Applications will be considered by Qualified Solicitors, Legal executives, Licensed Conveyancers or candidates qualified by experience.
The role is ideally full time in the office but part time and hybrid working will be considered.
