Senior Legal Counsel (Commercial)

Are you a solicitor who would you like to make the move in-house, to an award-winning construction company?

Our client is growing their small inhouse legal team and are looking to for a qualified Solicitor (2 years PQE+), ideally with construction experience and confidence prioritising and working on their own initiative.

What the Role will involve:

  • Advising on legal matters (predominantly non-contentious) and supporting various projects, working with external solicitors in some instances
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of construction and general commercial agreements and other forms/documents.
  • Handling some minor disputes
  • Developing and conducting legal training for colleagues
