Probate Clerk or Solicitor

Location: Central Doncaster

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Competitive (DOE)

One of our clients based in Doncaster are seeking a dedicated Probate Clerk, Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Wills and Probate Team. The ideal candidate will have the drive and determination to manage their increasing workload and play a pivotal role in the advancement of the Private Client Department.

Day-to-day of Role:

  • Collaborate closely with the Firm’s Senior Partner and Private Client team to deliver high-quality legal services, independently managing a caseload from beginning to end. 
  • Handle a diverse range of work including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection Work, with a high degree of professionalism and client care, utilising case management systems and remote working facilities effectively.
  • Engage in business development activities to promote the department and the firm.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Open to candidates with a range of experience - Experienced Probate Clerks/Legal Executives or Newly Qualified Solicitors - the right fit for the team is paramount.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident promoting the department and firm.
