Description
- Oversee daily quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate with manufacturing team to maintain product quality
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department
- Support the Quality Manager in developing quality assurance strategies
- Handle customer complaints related to product quality
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures
- Ensure documentation of all quality related activities
Profile
A successful Deputy Quality Manager should have:
- Proficiency in quality control processes and standards in FMCG industry
- HACCP Experience
- Experience in a Supervisory position
- Experience with Internal Auditing
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of quality control software
