Quality ManagerDoncaster, DN9. Circa - £40,000pa Rapier Employment are proud to be working alongside our client who are one of the leading manufacturers serving the education sector, Leisure and Commercial industry. As a Quality Manager your duties and responsibilities will vary daily but predominantly the following:
  • Provide clear leadership in quality-driven development.
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers and suppliers to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead a "correct at source" and problem-solving approach.
  • Enhance Quality Management, Planning, and Supplier Assurance systems.
  • Develop and implement best practices, strategies, and policies for optimal performance.
  • Ensure in-house systems comply with certification requirements.
  • Address customer complaints with immediate and long-term solutions.
  • Train employees on new systems and procedures.
  • Oversee and manage the audit program.
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated, organized, with strong professional skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and solve problems proactively.
  • Flexible and adaptable as needed.
