A highly reputable law firm in Doncaster are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Property or Residential Legal Secretary to join their high performing and friendly Commercial Property department.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining files, including opening and closing files, file organization, and file management
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence, including contracts, letters, and emails
- Dealing with clients both over the phone and face to face; providing excellent client care
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals
- Conducting legal research and preparing reports
- Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months experience as a legal secretary in Residential or Commercial Property
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with conveyancing processes and procedures
