With a reputation for providing exceptional legal services to a wide range of clients, the firm offers a supportive environment with clear paths for professional growth.This role will see you assisting with a broad range of commercial property matters, including leasehold and freehold transactions, property acquisitions, disposals, and development work. You will work closely with senior lawyers and be an integral part of the team, providing high-quality legal support across a variety of commercial property matters.Key Responsibilities:Assisting with the preparation and drafting of commercial property documents, including leases, sale and purchase agreements, and licenses Conducting property searches and due diligence Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties to progress matters Preparing documents for completion, including property transfer and registration paperwork Assisting with matters related to property disputes Providing administrative support to the commercial property team Maintaining and updating client files and records Assisting with the day-to-day management of client relationshipsTo apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:A minimum of 1 year's experience as a commercial property paralegal or legal assistant Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines Proficient in the use of legal software and Microsoft OfficeHow to apply:If this vacancy, please click the apply button.Alternatively, if you would like to discuss with Ross Roberts who is managing this vacancy, call for a confidential discussion.
