Renowned for their diverse portfolio and unwavering commitment to quality, they specialise in a variety of exciting projects, including new build, refurbishment, retail, commercial and industrial works, spanning across the UK. Your Impact:

As an Estimator, you'll be at the heart of our project success, ensuring accurate and competitive bids that secure exciting new contracts. Your key contributions will include:

  • Crafting detailed and precise tenders for a range of new build, refurbishment, retail, commercial and industrial projects.
  • Conducting in depth analysis of project specifications, drawings, and documentation to develop robust cost estimates.
  • Strategically sourcing and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations to maximise value.
  • Conducting site visits and surveys to gather essential project data, both locally and across various project locations nationwide.
  • Collaborating closely with project managers and team members, ensuring seamless communication and accurate cost assessments.
  • Maintaining meticulous records and documentation to ensure project transparency.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and capitalising on opportunities to enhance project outcomes.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our estimating processes.
  • Working on a variety of projects that will expand your experience across a wide geographical area.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an Estimator role within the construction industry, with specific experience in new build, refurbishment, retail, commercial and industrial works.
  • A strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and cost management.
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to accurately interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel for site visits when necessary.
